No more impressions or moulds of your mouth. Quality Sleep Clinic uses the most up to date and latest 3D imaging to capture images of your mouth. This allows us to make an oral appliance that fits accurately with minimal discomfort.

We have the i500 Medit scanner and will soon be upgrading to the recently released i700 Medit scanner – both are smaller and faster in capturing images in 3D.

These images are sent digitally to our laboratory partner, 3D Sleep Lab. 3D Sleep Lab then uses the newest 3D printing technology to make your custom-fit oral appliance.

Your oral appliance will be ready to be fitted 2-3 weeks following your initial appointment.
